The Role
Be the engine of pipeline. You’ll own outbound, qualify opportunities, and book meetings that turn into revenue working directly with the founding team. It’s hands-on, high-impact, and built for someone who wants to grow fast and take real ownership.
What You’ll Do
- Own outbound prospecting: Multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, and events.
- Craft outreach that gets replies: Personalize messages, A/B test, refine scripts, and track KPIs.
- Qualify opportunities: Hold real conversations with decision-makers to uncover pain and fit.
- Book meetings: Set high-quality discovery calls for Account Executives.
- Collaborate & learn: Share market feedback with marketing/founders; help shape messaging
- Build the playbook: Document repeatable outreach systems for the next SDRs.
- Stay organized: File documents and organize Google Drive via clear categorization
- Closer-in-training/Manager-in-training: Shadow demos, learn the full cycle, and leadership
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2+ years in a quota-carrying or outbound role (SDR/BDR/AE/founder experience welcomed).
- Proven consistency hitting activity and SQL/demo targets.
- Comfort with modern sales tools and basic KPI hygiene.
- Founder mindset: scrappy, curious, and calm under ambiguity.
- Clear communicator who enjoys cold outreach and discovery.
